Founded in 2021 Heavy On The Health LLC has come a long way from its beginnings While the initial focus was on our Sea Moss products we believed that a more all around approach to optimum health was needed, through educating our customers on the benefits of our sea moss products we also believe that nutrition and exercise play a vital role in overall health.
To our local customers in the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana area we will be offering personal training sessions, I’m a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and a Certified Nutrition Coach with experience helping private clients reach their fitness goals. By developing personalized fitness programs and tailoring nutrition plans to meet you’re individual needs we can help you reach your fitness goals as well!
